This service is for all transition aged youth 16-24 who are in need of being connected to supportive programs within their communities. Those supportive programs include: Job search, Mental Health, Education, Grief and Loss, Post-Secondary Planning and more. 

This service is for educators, foster parents, and families who want to advocate for their scholars education. If you would like to better understand the complexities of the IDEA Act and Student Fair Access to School Act, The IEP process  and Transition Planning. This is the service for you.
